About Me

Emma is a student at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, LA, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with minors in Theology and Ethics. She is anticipated to graduate in December 2026 and is currently working toward her FEMM Educator Certification.

Emma is passionate about moral theology, holistic care, and upholding the dignity of every woman. Her interest in fertility awareness grew through her work with Red Bird Ministries, a Catholic grief support ministry serving families who have experienced the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, infancy, childhood, adolescence, or adulthood.

Through this work, Emma recognized a need for greater understanding and research surrounding infertility, particularly the many physical, emotional, and underlying factors that can impact a woman’s fertility throughout her life. This experience deepened her desire to help women better understand their bodies and receive care that respects the whole person.

Outside of her work with Evangeline, Emma serves as the parish secretary for St. Gabriel Catholic Church in St. Gabriel, LA. She brings together her background in health sciences, theology, and compassionate ministry with a desire to support women through education, authentic care, and a deeper understanding of their God-given dignity.
