Medical Care.
Dignified reproductive health care with restorative reproductive medicine.
Restorative reproductive medicine is a scientifically validated model of reproductive healthcare that seeks to restore the natural functioning of the reproductive system through elucidating root causes for infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, and general women’s health concerns such as PMOS, PMS, and painful periods. At Evangeline, we mainly utilize FEMM and NeoFertility protocols to guide investigation and treatment of reproductive health concerns.
-
FEMALE & MALE INFERTILITY
Infertility is a syndrome and not a disease. Our goal is to determine the root cause of infertility and treat it directly using a personalized, dignified restorative reproductive medical approach.
-
PREGNANCY LOSS
Recurrent pregnancy loss carry immense physical, mental, and spiritual suffering. We partner with incredible local ministries that provide spiritual and mental support for couples experiencing one or multiple miscarriages. Our goal is to optimize conditions to achieve spontaneous conception and carry a successful pregnancy to term through close medical intervention and monitoring that goes above and beyond the traditional medical practice.
-
PMOS
Symptoms: excessive hair growth, acne, deepening voice, fatigue, menstrual irregularities, weight gain, infertility
PMOS requires a personalized treatment plan that meets the needs of your specific symptoms and health conditions. We offer thorough diagnostic and treatment options that seek to help manage the underlying disease processes that are contributing to your symptoms.
-
PRE-MENSTRUAL SYNDROME
Symptoms: mood swings, irritability, restlessness, anxiety or depression, or cravings
PMS is a collection of symptoms that often occur alongside other menstrual or hormonal irregularities. We offer a holistic approach to examine and treat the root cause of your symptoms within the context of your overall medical and health evaluation.
-
ENDOMETRIOSIS
Symptoms: pelvic pain, painful intercourse, infertility, severe period pain, bloating
Endometriosis is exceedingly common and is not well addressed in traditional medical settings. The definitive treatment for endometriosis is specialized surgical intervention. However, there are lifestyle and medication options that can reduce symptoms and overall burden on daily life. We can provide a referral to trusted surgeons who can perform surgical intervention if deemed necessary.
-
PAINFUL, IRREGULAR, HEAVY PERIODS
Numerous lifestyle and medical factors, such as thyroid disease, adrenal fatigue, cortisol excess, endometriosis, or abnormal progesterone and estrogen, can cause menstrual irregularities. We seek to identify the underlying cause and treat it directly, rather than masking the symptoms.

Initial Consultation
Your first visit with Evangeline will consist of a 1 hr in-depth medical consultation, which can be extended if needed. We'll discuss your relevant health history, goals of care, expectations for medical management, and additional resources to incorporate into your care. After this appointment, you can expect the following…
We will recommend that you establish care with one of our affiliated Fertility Educators. If you are being evaluated for recurrent miscarriage or infertility, using an evidence-based FABM to track your cycle, such as Creighton, FEMM, or NeoFertility, is crucial. You can establish care with one of our affiliated fertility educators, or we can help you connect with a fertility educator of your choice.
Necessary laboratory and diagnostic testing will be sent to a testing center convenient for you. Continued laboratory testing for each cycle will be ordered to ensure efficacy of fertility treatment.
Initiation of prescription medications will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
Follow-up Medical Visits
Your follow-up visits will entail reviewing the results of ordered laboratory and diagnostic testing, assessing your response to prescribed medications, and examining your menstrual cycle chart. Based on this information and your goals of care, we will determine the necessary follow-up intervals for your care.
