Our Treatment Philosophy
We utilize fertility awareness-based methods (FABMs) and restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) management protocols to diagnose and treat women's health needs, couples’ infertility, and recurrent miscarriage. We believe that fertility awareness educators and clinicians working together greatly benefits patient care and can improve treatment outcomes. We maintain strong communication and collaboration between partnered and affiliated fertility awareness educators and clinicians to enhance continuity of care and patient experience.
FABMs are scientifically validated methods to track a woman's menstrual cycle for either personal or couple enrichment or as an aid in the diagnosis and treatment of root cause issues of disease. Examples of popular FABMs are the Creighton Model, FEMM, NeoFertility, Marquette, Couple-Couple, Billings, and Symptothermal methods.
RRM is a scientifically validated model of healthcare that seeks to restore the natural functioning of the patient’s reproductive system rather than suppress or subvert it. RRM seeks to cooperate with God’s design for creation to promote the best conditions possible for human flourishing. At Evangeline, we utilize FEMM and NeoFertility protocols.
Together, FABMs and RRM offer a holistic, efficacious, and dignified approach to diagnosing and treating root causes of fertility-related diseases.
